We’ve heard it all: hair and makeup ruined by last-minute steaming, dresses scorched by hotel irons, and timelines thrown off by forgotten prep. Wedding mornings move fast, and gown care is one thing you shouldn’t have to manage yourself.

That’s exactly why we created this service. We’ll bring your dress to the venue, touch-up steam your gown and veil, and drape everything so its camera-ready. Wedding party steaming is also available as an add-on for those who want everyone looking their best.

We offer professional gown delivery and on-site wardrobe support for brides getting married in or near the St. Louis area. Whether you need your gown delivered and prepped, or you'd like full-service support for your entire wedding party, we’ll help you build the level of care that fits your morning — and your timeline.

All services begin with our Bridal Gown Delivery Service as the foundation. From there, you can customize your experience with a selection of add-ons designed to keep your day running smoothly and your wardrobe looking flawless.

This service is available to all brides, with additional fees applying for gowns not altered by Alterations by Debbie. We’re happy to accommodate out-of-town brides and shipped-in dresses. Just let us know your needs, and we’ll tailor our support accordingly.

Schedule Your Gown Delivery Service

Bridal Gown Delivery & Steaming - $150

We’ll personally deliver your gown to your getting-ready location within 25 miles of Eureka, MO (63025). Once there, we’ll remove it from the garment bag, carefully drape the train, touch-up steam your gown and veil, and make sure everything is staged beautifully for photos and dressing.

We also include light spot cleaning and minor last-minute fixes to ensure your gown looks its absolute best.

Minor fashion fixes or sewing support if needed
Final dress placement in the getting-ready space

*Additional mileage (round-trip) is billed in 5-mile increments at $7.50

**For gowns not altered by Alterations by Debbie, additional steaming fees may apply for full prep due to shipping or packing wrinkles.

Need help getting into your gown, placing your veil, or bustling before the ceremony? We’ll stay on-site to assist with hands-on wardrobe care, fit checks, and styling support for both the bride and the wedding party.

Billed in 30-minute increments.

Service Policies and Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, we ask that all services be finalized and paid in full in advance. These policies are designed to help both parties feel confident, prepared, and supported on the wedding day.

Booking and Payment

To provide the highest level of personalized service, we limit the number of events we take on. All bookings are handled on a first-come, first-served basis and are considered confirmed only once full payment is received.

A signed agreement and full payment are required to secure your date and package selection.
Payment can be made via cash, check, or Venmo. Card payments are available with a 3% service fee added.
All packages and add-on services must be finalized and paid in full no later than 14 days before the event.
Late payments may result in the forfeiture of your reserved date.

Mileage and Travel

All packages include travel within 25 miles of Eureka, MO (63025).
Additional mileage (round-trip) is billed in 5-mile increments at $7.50.
For travel exceeding 90 miles, overnight accommodations or extended travel fees may be applicable. These will be discussed and agreed upon prior to booking.

Service Extensions on the Wedding Day

All services are scheduled and priced based on the selections made at booking. Any additional requests or services outside the agreed-upon scope, including extended on-site time, additional garments for steaming, or last-minute wardrobe support, will be billed accordingly.

Dressing and on-site wardrobe support are billed at $80 per hour, in 30-minute increments. Bridal party steaming is billed per garment.
If additional services are requested on the day-of, we will accommodate them whenever possible. Payment for any added services is required before departure (cash, check, or Venmo accepted).
Please note: Only the bride, groom, or their parents may authorize service changes on the wedding day.

Cancellations and Changes

We understand that plans can change. To respect both your schedule and ours, the following policies apply to cancellations, rescheduling, and service adjustments:

Cancellations made more than 60 days before the event date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable, due to the nature of scheduling and limited availability.
If your wedding date changes, we will make every effort to accommodate your new date based on availability.
Package changes (including upgrades, add-ons, and time adjustments) must be finalized no later than 14 days before the event.
Reductions in service (downgrades or removals) are not refundable within 30 days of the event.

Service Limitations

Steaming, touch-ups, and gown handling will be performed to the best of our ability; however, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of deep-set wrinkles, previous staining, or other pre-existing garment conditions.
We are not responsible for environmental or venue-related challenges such as space limitations, weather conditions, or unexpected event delays.

Liability Waiver

By booking services, the client acknowledges that Alterations by Debbie is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing garment flaws, fabric weaknesses, or mishandling by others.
Every professional measure will be taken to care for your gown and accessories with the utmost attention and expertise.
