Service Description
After you have found your dream dress and secured your alterations retainer with us, it's time to schedule your initial consultation. During this consultation, brides will bring in their dress, and we will create a personalized alterations plan to achieve the perfect fit.
Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time and bring your shoes, undergarments, and any accessories that may affect fit. If you'd like to bring guests, we encourage limiting your group to a few supportive friends or family members whose opinions you value during your alterations experience. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for appointment changes whenever possible, as missed or delayed appointments may affect our ability to complete alterations within your timeline.
